Order Lead Capture (Badge Scanning)
We are offering the opportunity to sign up for Lead Capture at Police Fleet Expo 2026 in advance. Sign up now and save time on the Show Floor!
Our event partner, Cvent is a leading meetings, events and hospitality technology provider (they do many shows…large and small…including IACP, SEMA and others).
The lead retrieval App is named Cvent LeadCapture…and you download it to your phone via the Apple or Android store. Once you have signed up for the scanning app, you can scan the badges of every attendee, score the lead and leave relevant notes or follow up to-do’s.
Early Bird Pricing is $339/device (until 5-30-26)
Once you have successfully paid for your app license(s), a code will be sent to you that will allow you to activate your app after you’ve downloaded it. Please allow up to three business days to process the order and send the app license code.
The app license code will only work on one mobile device per license. If you want to place it on multiple phones, this App requires additional licenses to be purchased.
Exhibitor Event Schedule
Education
Exhibitors are welcome to attend General Sessions. Staffers are welcome to attend breakout sessions on a space available basis. Please show preference to the Attendees that have paid to attend PFE.
Special Events and Networking
There are a number of special events that take place in the evening during PFE. While we help promote these events, we do not control any other aspect of them. Most of these events have a Guest List made up primarily of Attendees. If you would like to attend an evening event it is best to ask one of the company’s hosting the event to be added to the Guest List. Many locations are restricted by local fire laws on capacity, so please understand if additional tickets are not available.

Exhibitor Services
You should have received an email from our show decorator Fern. If you do not have an exhibitor kit, please reach out to Tina Rembusch via email. Her email address is: Trembusch@fernexpo.com. She will send you a login for your company.
Vehicle Move In
Vehicle move-in is Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 8:00am – 12:00pm. If you are arriving later, please notify Lisa McDade at 224-458-1123. Once you arrive, a rep from Fern will direct the driver to the appropriate booth location. We do not use a marshalling yard. Entrance is on a first come, first served basis. Click here for the required Vehicle Safety Inspection Form (ONE form per vehicle) which includes the display vehicle instructions (gas tank levels, etc.).
