Each booth receives 4 complimentary expo hall badges per 10×10 space. Register your staffers here.
Please Note: All Exhibitor badges are for employees of the exhibiting company only. Manufacturer’s Representatives are certainly welcome at the show but must register as a Rep (no charge) and not as an employee of the exhibiting company. Manufacturer’s Reps can register here.
All attendees are required to present their Drivers License and a Business Card upon check-in in order to receive their badge.
Hotel and Travel
All hotel and travel information can be found here. In order to get the PFE preferred room rates you must click on the Book Your Stay button for the hotel of your preference. The Omni Ft Worth Downtown is the Host hotel for PFE 2024.
Exhibitors are welcome to attend General Sessions. Staffers are welcome to attend breakout sessions on a space available basis. Please show preference to the Attendees that have paid to attend PFE.
Special Events and Networking
There are a number of special events that take place in the evening during PFE. While we help promote these events, we do not control any other aspect of them. Most of these events have a Guest List made up primarily of Attendees. If you would like to attend an evening event it is best to ask one of the company’s hosting the event to be added to the Guest List. Many locations are restricted by local fire laws on capacity, so please understand if additional tickets are not available.

The Fern Company is the official show decorator. Exhibitor Kits will be emailed to the Exhibiting Company Primary Contact when available (likely early March). If you have not received an exhibitor kit or have further questions, please contact Tina Rembush at email@example.com. She is the official contact for Fern and has been working with PFE for over 15 years.
Vehicle Move In
If you are planning on having a vehicle in your booth, it will need to be placed on the show floor before 2pm on August 13th. Your vehicle will be inspected by the Fire Marshall and will need to have less than ¼ tank of gas and the battery must be disconnected. Additionally, a spare set of keys must be left with show management in case of emergency. Spare keys will be collected on-site.
PFE 2024 will be held August 12-15, 2024, at the Fort Worth Convention Center. The Exhibit Hall hours (in Halls A/B/C) are as follows:
Wednesday, Aug. 14 1:00pm – 5:30pm
Thursday, Aug. 15 10:00am – 2:00pm
Everyone must register for a badge (at www.PoliceFleetExpo.com) under the company they are employed by. We have several different badge types. Exhibiting company employees must register as an Exhibitor. All must show a photo I.D. and a business card at badge pick up.
At the PFE Registration Desk right outside the exhibit hall. On Sunday only the desk will be located at the 13th Lobby outside Hall A. For the rest of the Expo the desk will be located around the corner in the Beltbuckle Lobby which looks out to the Water Garden.
Our exclusive show decorator, Fern, will reach out with a unique link to the OneView Exhibitor Kit. This is sent to the lead contact person for each Exhibitor once the booth has been secured.

All freight must be unloaded at the rear docks. No freight can come in through the lobby.
Vehicle move-in is Tuesday, Aug. 13 from 8:00am – 12:00pm. If you are arriving later, please notify Lisa McDade at 224-458-1123. Once you arrive, a rep from Fern will direct the driver to the appropriate booth location. No paperwork is needed, and we do not use a marshalling yard. Entrance is on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles instructions will be sent to the Primary Exhibitor Contact as a Fire Marshall will inspect all display vehicles.
Please dress comfortably for the Texas heat. Most wear corporate casual attire, jeans or cargo shorts, etc.

The evening events are sponsored by various Exhibitors and not by PFE show management. Most events are for the Full Pass Law Enforcement Attendees only, but we suggest you reach out to the sponsor(s) for further questions.
The Attendee Lists (Pre-Show & Final Lists) are sent to the lead contact person for each Exhibitor.
Exhibitor move-out begins at 2:00pm on Thursday, Aug. 15. Vehicles exit on a first come, first served basis.
Please be careful when booking hotel rooms. All PFE hotel information is on our website. Any emails regarding lodging will come from our show management staff and not from any 3rd party booking agencies.
Please be aware there are many scams regarding booth carpeting, etc. All booth accessories (including flooring) must be ordered by Fern and not a 3rd party vendor.
No…Police Fleet Expo changes Host city’s on an annual basis. We are always on the lookout for destinations that can accommodate our event and has a nearby track facility.
Yes…Police Fleet Expo is always held in August. Prior to August, the subsequent year PPV’s are not available as they have not yet been manufactured. In order to test drive the vehicles, we need to wait until at least August. If we look at dates going further into the Fall, we run across many automotive and police related events (SEMA, IACP, etc…) that would concurrently with PFE.
