Get ready for the inaugural MarineX Ride Event at Police Fleet Expo 2026.

This event is limited to 125 participants and all participants must be Full Pass Law Enforcement Badge Type. Due to the limited amount of room, we cannot accommodate Exhibitors, Dealers, Upfitters and other non-sworn attendees.

Be sure to register early, if the event reaches capacity, we encourage you to join the waitlist in case additional spots become available.

Police Fleet Expo 2026 will host the MarineX ride event at Big Toho Marina located in Kissimmee.

After a bus ride (approx. 25 minutes) you will be dropped at Big Toho Marina for the MarineX event.

• There will be up to 10 marine craft manufacturers showcasing their latest vessels
• The Boats will be in the water and ready for ride demonstrations
• Manufacturer representatives will be on-site to answer any questions.

This is a unique opportunity to experience marine craft(s) firsthand on the water and evaluate the latest innovations designed for public safety operations.

While waiting for your ride, you can relax inside the air-conditioned marina facility, which includes seating, indoor restrooms, and a cafe.

Police Fleet Expo is the ONLY event offering this type of hands-on, on-water marine craft evaluation as part of its educational program.

TUESDAY, Aug 11th

PUBLISHED EVENT TIME 1:00pm – 4:30pm

8am – 12:30pm — Exhibitor Setup

Vessel launch, trailer staging, and land display setup
All exhibitors must be fully set and event-ready by 12:30pm

1pm – 4:30pm — Event Active

On-water demonstrations and dockside engagement
All exhibits must remain staffed and operational during published hours

4:30pm – 6:00pm — Breakdown & Departure

Load-out begins immediately following event conclusion
Please follow marina traffic flow and staff direction when exiting

Launch will take place at the public ramp within Big Toho Marina.

• Please prepare vessels in advance to minimize ramp congestion
• Launch efficiently and clear the ramp area immediately upon completion
• After launch, secure vessels in assigned dock/staging areas as directed by MarineX staff
• All demo vessels must comply with marina speed, safety, and navigation regulations
• Fueling must be completed prior to event hours

Specific dock assignments and demonstration routes will be distributed prior to the event date.

All trailers must be relocated immediately after launch to the designated trailer parking area

Ramp lanes and marina circulation paths must remain clear at all times

Exhibitors are responsible for securing trailers and equipment

A parking and staging diagram will be shared closer to the event.

Exhibitors wishing to activate space on land (20×20 or similar footprint) are welcome to do so.

MarineX can provide contact information for a preferred local tent rental provider

Tents, tables, chairs, and event furnishings may be rented directly through the vendor

All tent installations must be properly secured for outdoor/waterfront conditions

Please notify show management in advance if you plan to utilize tented space to assist with site layout planning.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own lunch arrangements

Big Toho Marina features a small on-site café offering refreshments and light snacks

Additional nearby restaurant options will be provided prior to the event

Evening networking events and education sessions will take place following MarineX.

MarineX concludes at 4:30pm to allow ample transition time to Expo set-up or evening networking events
